VPS Hosting
Resources & Performance
Plans specify vCPU, RAM, storage, and bandwidth allocations. Performance is subject to virtualization overhead and fair‑use policies. Burst behavior and noisy‑neighbor mitigation are applied reasonably to maintain platform stability.
Provisioning & Rebuilds
- Some VPS instances cannot be rebuilt due to platform, licensing, or networking constraints.
- Where rebuilds are permitted, data loss may occur; maintain offsite backups before requesting changes.
- Rebuilds may be limited to approved images and may require verification for compliance and security.
Backups & Data
Unless explicitly stated, backups are not guaranteed. Maintain independent backups. Optional backup add‑ons may be available; retention and restore policies are specified per add‑on.
Customer Responsibilities
- Manage OS configuration, updates, and security hardening.
- Maintain proper licensing for installed software.
- Comply with AUP, applicable laws, and third‑party terms.
- Promptly report incidents, service impacts, or suspected abuse.
VPS Hosting Rules (AUP)
1. General Usage
- VPS services may only be used for lawful purposes.
- Users are fully responsible for all actions taken on their VPS, including installed software, scripts, security, and user accounts.
- The provider is not responsible for data loss caused by user actions, misconfiguration, or hardware/software failures unless covered by a specific backup plan.
2. VPS Rebuild & Replacement Limitations
- Some VPS plans may not support rebuild, reinstall, or OS replacement features.
- Some VPS plans may not qualify for hardware or instance replacement, depending on the service tier or infrastructure limitations.
- These limitations will be listed on the product page; purchasing the VPS means you acknowledge and accept them.
- Users must ensure the selected plan meets their rebuild/reinstall needs before purchasing.
3. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly forbidden:
❌ Malicious or Harmful Activities
- Hosting or distributing malware, RATs, botnets, or harmful payloads.
- Launching or participating in DDoS attacks, port scanning, stress testing, or network attacks.
- Running any software intended to harm, exploit, or compromise servers or networks.
❌ Illegal or High-Risk Activities
- Hosting pirated content, cracked software, illegal media, or copyrighted files without permission.
- Running crypto-mining software unless the plan specifically permits it.
- Hosting phishing pages, impersonation sites, or scam pages.
❌ Network Abuse
- Overloading the network with excessive traffic outside your plan’s limits.
- Operating open proxies, open email relays, or anonymization services without permission.
- Running services that can destabilize network performance for other clients.
4. Resource Usage
- Users must stay within allocated CPU, RAM, storage, and bandwidth limits.
- Activities resulting in abnormal or excessive resource usage may lead to throttling or suspension.
- VPSs may not be used as large-scale file storage or content-distribution platforms unless explicitly allowed.
5. Security Requirements
- Users must keep their VPS secured and regularly updated.
- Users must maintain secure passwords and prevent unauthorized access.
- If a VPS becomes compromised (e.g., hijacked, infected), the provider may suspend it until the issue is resolved.
6. Content Restrictions
- Hosting or promoting NSFW, hateful, extremist, or violent content is prohibited.
- No hosting of doxxing databases, leaked data, or personally identifiable information without consent.
- No services promoting harassment, blackmail, or unethical activity.
7. Backups & Data Responsibility
- Users are responsible for maintaining their own backups unless a paid backup service is included.
- The provider does not guarantee data recovery for users without active backup solutions.
8. Support & Staff Interaction
- Users must remain respectful to support staff.
- Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior may result in service termination.
- Misuse of support channels (spam, false reports, repeated abuse) may lead to delays or restrictions.
9. Enforcement & Penalties
Depending on severity, violations may result in:
- Warning notices
- Temporary suspension
- Permanent VPS termination
- Complete account/hosting service ban
- No refunds for violations of the AUP or TOS
