Refunds & Cancellation

Services are billed in advance per the selected cycle (monthly, quarterly, annually). Renewal occurs automatically unless cancelled prior to renewal date.

You may cancel at any time via the client portal. Cancellations become effective at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise specified.

Refunds are not guaranteed. Where offered, refunds may be limited to first-time purchases within a specified window and exclude add-ons, domain registrations, third-party services, or accounts in violation of our AUP.

Initiating a chargeback may result in immediate service suspension and account review. We encourage contacting support to resolve billing issues prior to filing disputes.
