All trademarks, service marks, and proprietary materials of Royal Node remain our property. You retain ownership of your content hosted on our services.
User Content
You are solely responsible for the content you host. You must hold appropriate rights and licenses and ensure compliance with applicable laws and our AUP.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Royal Node, its affiliates, and employees from claims arising out of your use, content, or violations of these Terms or applicable law.
Warranty Disclaimer
Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Royal Node shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for lost profits or data. Our aggregate liability for claims related to the services is limited to the amount paid for the affected service in the 3 months preceding the claim.
